Clause 1: Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and gob55 ("Platform", "we" or "gob55"), an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. This Agreement governs the use of all services, gaming products and features provided by gob55 through its official website.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account or using any part of the gob55 platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all the terms contained in this document together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

Clause 2: User Eligibility

To register and use gob55 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Clause 3: Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions. gob55 will terminate all related accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings held within them if this violation is confirmed.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and the confidentiality of your account login details. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported account theft to gob55.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures, gob55 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card, proof of address and an e-wallet or bank statement.

Clause 4: Deposits and Payment Methods

gob55 accepts a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Payment methods available at gob55 are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30 per transaction. There is no set maximum deposit, however limits may apply depending on the chosen method.

4.3 Fund Responsibility

You agree that all funds deposited into your gob55 account are for gambling purposes only. gob55 is not responsible for any losses resulting from gambling activity conducted using these funds.

Clause 5: Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Limit

The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM100 per request. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved. This timeframe depends on internal verification and the availability of the relevant payment system.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

gob55 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until the identity verification (KYC) process is fully completed. Users who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

5.4 Correct Account

All withdrawals will be credited to the same e-wallet or bank account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Clause 6: Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

gob55 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value. For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, making your balance RM300 — and the wagering requirement is RM200 × 10 = RM2,000, which must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus value received, not the deposit amount. Wagering must be completed within the period set for each promotion. After the period ends, any bonus balance that has not met its conditions will be automatically forfeited.

6.3 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

The use of strategies considered bonus abuse, including systematically placing low-value bets to meet wagering requirements without real risk, is prohibited. gob55 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and reject withdrawal requests if such abuse is detected.

6.4 One Bonus Per User

Each user, IP address, email address, phone number and device is entitled to one promotional bonus claim only unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. gob55 reserves the right to cancel duplicate bonus claims.

Clause 7: Game Rules

All games available on the gob55 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sportsbook and esports — are subject to their respective game rules available within the game interface.

7.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system, or in the case of live casino games, by live dealers monitored through a fair system. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

7.2 Technical Errors

In situations where a technical error occurs that affects the outcome of a game, gob55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the user's account. No additional compensation will be provided for technical errors.

7.3 Prohibition on Assistive Software

The use of any automated software (bots), external odds calculation tools or any method that gives a user an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Accounts that breach this rule will be terminated immediately.

Clause 8: Account Closure and Suspension

gob55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if:

• False or misleading registration information is provided.
• The user is suspected of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• The user violates any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user operates multiple accounts or shares an account with another party.
• The user fails to comply with KYC verification requests within the stipulated period.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the gob55 support team. Any valid balance remaining after the review process is completed will be returned according to the established procedure.

Clause 9: Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gob55 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity.
• Service interruption or unavailability due to maintenance or technical disruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Any action or decision taken based on information on this website.

Clause 10: Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the gob55 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the gob55 platform, you consent to the use of your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

gob55 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between users and our servers. Financial data is processed through secure payment channels and is not permanently stored on gob55 servers.
